1. Refund Policy

Effective Date: August 16, 2025

At ParkYoRide, your satisfaction matters. If you believe you were charged in error or did not receive the parking service you booked, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

Refunds are available for:

• Canceled bookings made at least 24 hours before the reservation start time.

• Double charges or other billing errors.

• Parking spaces that were inaccessible or unusable upon arrival.

Refunds are NOT available for:

• No shows.

• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before start time).

• Violations of host or city parking rules.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
