2. Data We Collect
When you interact with our AI sales assistant, we may collect: name, contact information, vehicle preferences, trade-in information, and financing inquiry data. This information is collected solely to facilitate the car buying process and provide qualified leads to the relevant dealership.
3. Legal Basis (GDPR Article 6)
We process your data on the basis of your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you provide before beginning a conversation. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us directly.
4. Data Retention
Lead data is retained for no longer than 90 days unless you enter into a commercial relationship with the relevant dealership. Conversation logs are purged automatically after 30 days.
5. Your Rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your personal data. You also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.
6. Third Parties
We use OpenAI to power AI responses and Make.com for workflow automation. Both providers maintain GDPR-compliant data processing agreements. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers or any other third parties.

1. Service Description
Euro Auto Motivz provides AI-powered automotive sales automation software to dealerships on a subscription basis. The service includes AI chat functionality, lead capture, and CRM integration as described in the applicable plan.
2. Subscription & Payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly. Prices are listed in EUR and exclusive of applicable VAT. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
3. Acceptable Use
The service may only be used for lawful automotive sales purposes. Dealerships are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with all applicable laws, including consumer protection regulations in their jurisdiction.
4. Limitation of Liability
Euro Auto Motivz provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for lost sales, missed leads, or consequential damages arising from service interruptions. Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 30-day period.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kaiserslautern, Rhineland-Palatinate.
